Introduction

Welcome to PulseAgent ("we", "our platform" or "PulseAgent"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and PulseAgent. By accessing or using our website, products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please stop using the services.

Account Registration

Account creation. You must provide truthful, accurate, complete and current registration information and keep it up to date. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to register.

Account responsibility. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Conditions of Service Use

Lawful use. You may use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must not use the services for illegal, infringing or disruptive activities.

Service modifications and termination. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the services or any part of them from time to time; for material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

Usage limitations. Free quotas, rate limits and entitlements apply per your subscription plan, as described on the pricing page.

Payment Terms

Pricing and subscriptions. Pricing, billing cycles and entitlements of paid plans are as shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically each cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Payment processing. Payments are processed securely by third-party processors (e.g. Stripe); we do not directly store full payment card details.

Cancellations and refunds. See our Refund Policy (/refund-policy).

Intellectual Property

Our content. The website, software, trademarks and documentation are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Your content. You retain rights to content you submit to or generate through the services; you grant us a limited license to process that content to provide and improve the services.

Feedback. We may use suggestions or feedback you provide without compensation or attribution.

Acceptable Use

Your use of the services, including any AI content-generation capability, is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy (/acceptable-use-policy), which sets out prohibited content red lines, enforcement, reporting channels and our content moderation process.

Disclaimers

Services provided "as is". The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Third-party links and services. The services may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g. payments, cloud storage, email, large-language-model providers). We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Our aggregate liability for the services will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Term and Termination

These Terms take effect when you first use the services and continue until terminated under this section.

What we may do. If you breach these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, any applicable law, or infringe third-party rights, we may, at our discretion and without prior notice, take one or more of the following:

1. issue a warning and require remediation within a set period;

2. suspend or limit your account features, quotas or access to the services;

3. remove or block generated or submitted content that violates the rules;

4. terminate your account and stop providing the services;

5. retain relevant records and disclose them to authorities where required by law or to protect our or others' rights;

6. pursue legal remedies, including claiming compensation for losses caused.

Termination by you. You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting your account or contacting us. Upon termination your right to use the services ceases immediately; we may retain data we are legally required to keep.

Effect of termination. Termination does not affect provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution).

AI Services and Underlying Models

Our text-based AI features (e.g. AI cold-email drafting, inquiry-reply, copy and social-content generation) are fulfilled through our self-hosted LiteLLM gateway, which routes requests to multiple third-party large language models, potentially including OpenAI (GPT series), Google (Gemini series), Anthropic (Claude series) and DeepSeek. The specific underlying model used is determined by the live routing configuration and may change over time based on availability and quality policy.

Bring Your Own Key (BYOK). Enterprise customers may configure and use their own model API keys in the console, in which case generation requests are routed to your own models.

Clarification. This platform does not provide image-generation, video-generation or voice-synthesis features. The on-site "LLM Leaderboard" is an industry benchmark of third-party AI models, provided for information only, and is not a product feature or a commitment to any model's availability.

General Provisions

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the referenced Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding the services.

Modification of terms. We may revise these Terms from time to time; material revisions will be posted on the website with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing law and disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of our operating entity, subject to any written agreement between the parties.
