A major Inbox upgrade: auto-translation, full conversation management, and intent ratings — plus smarter automated follow-ups and a daily business briefing.
Product Updates — 2026-08-02

Inbox: automatic translation, zero language barriers

Customers writing in Russian, Portuguese, or Arabic? The Inbox now translates inbound messages into your language automatically, showing the original and translation side by side. When replying, tick "translate & send" and your reply is translated into the customer's language before it goes out.

Inbox: manage conversations like a professional help desk

  • Conversation status: open / resolved / snoozed — a customer writing back automatically reopens the conversation
  • Priority & assignee: set priorities and assign conversations to teammates
  • Labels & filters: find any conversation instantly by status, assignee, label, or keyword search
  • Private notes: internal notes between teammates, never visible to the customer
  • Canned responses: type / to pull up reply templates and send in one click
  • Real read tracking: unread counts now reflect exactly where you left off

Customer intent at a glance

The Inbox list and conversation sidebar now show each customer's intent rating — 🔥 hot / ☀️ warm / ❄️ cold — along with intent and fit scores. Reply to your most likely buyers first.

Automated follow-ups: never lose a silent lead again

When a contacted or qualified lead goes quiet for more than 5 days, your AI sales assistant automatically drafts and sends a personalized follow-up — WhatsApp first, email as fallback. Each customer is followed up at most once every 30 days, and the moment a customer replies, all queued follow-ups stop instantly.

More natural WhatsApp replies

AI replies are now delivered the way a human would type them — in short messages with natural typing pauses, instead of one instant wall of text. For new leads arriving from ads, first impressions matter.

WhatsApp ad lead attribution

Customers arriving from click-to-WhatsApp ads are automatically tagged with their ad source and added to your CRM, so you can see exactly which campaigns bring real inquiries.

Daily business briefing

Every morning at 9:00, account owners receive a briefing covering the past 24 hours: new inquiries, ad-sourced leads, message volume, high-intent customers, and automated follow-up activity. Stay on top of everything without logging in.

All of the above is live now at pulseagent.io. We'd love to hear your feedback.
