Three Steps

Pause AI — In the Sessions tab, click "Pause AI" on any WhatsApp conversation. The AI immediately stops auto-replying. Incoming messages from the customer are still captured and displayed in your dashboard in real time.
Reply Manually — A reply box appears at the bottom of the conversation. Type your message, press Enter, and it's sent from the same WhatsApp number. The customer sees no difference — it's a seamless transition.
Resume AI — When you're done, click "Resume AI". The agent picks back up automatically.
